It’s The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown comes to life in this iOS Universal Entertainment app of the same name featuring Charlie Brown, his friends.

I used to watch the Charles Schultz classic 1966 Halloween TV special It’s The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown every year as a kid. A very nice, and comfortable feature is the audio content in this app is actually from the original 1966 cartoon classic, It’s The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown.
Loud Crow Interactive has done a fine job of importing this classic story, which is pretty much identical to the 1966 cartoon classic.

However, this app has added a very cool Peanut’s Gang avatar creator with over 1 billion (yes, with a “b”) possible avatar combinations. Created avatars can be both boy and girl and include 2 head types, lots of faces, hair, skin color, clothes, and accessory options. Also included in this app is a pumpkin carving activity that allows you to create your very own carved Jack-O-Lantern that is actually included in the story along with your created avatar.

I have always been a big fan of the Charlie Brown cartoons because there is just something about Charlie Brown that makes him funny.
