Pinball HD, Awesome iPhone Pinball Game! (Video)

Pinball HD (by OOO Gameprom) is a high quality pinball game that features 3 tables with purchase, stellar graphics, and the option to purchase 2 additional tables available through in app purchase (IAP). Growing up (as a teenager) in the early 80′s introduced me to pinball and arcade games, which as you can tell, I still dig today. I recall playing an Elton John pinball game called Pinball Wizard at the local 7-11 in Denver, Colorado as we ate crappy frozen burritos and sucked down slurpees oh, the simple life. I have been able to recapture some of the simple life by playing the newly updated Pinball HD.

This app has been around since April 2010 and has received 16 updates by the committed developers at OOO Gameprom. This app was most recently updated in October of this year (2012) and now includes iPhone 5 optimization and a new pinball table called Arcade. There is a Snow Table as well, which will remind you of Christmas, and the 3 tables that come with the game: Wild West, The Deep and Jungle Style. This app is also iOS Universal now and is currently on sale for only $0.99, which is a very good deal. We have played this on the iPad and it presents a super realistic gaming experience with its awesome graphics, however, it has been awhile since I have played this. You can now nudge the pinball table, but be careful not to tilt.

Pinball HD is a great game for anyone who remembers and enjoyed playing pinball back in the day at the arcade, and with the Arcade pinball table this game is good fun for all. Those of you who are not as familiar with pinball, there is a strategy to it where you have to complete objectives, similar to a video game like knock down all targets to get a multi-plier,(etc.) — that is what really makes pinball fun.
