Wholly database, Tap Forms is powerful

Tap Forms, personal database by Clickspace Technologies Inc., version 1.6 is a powerful personal database app for the iPhone or iPod Touch. This app literally does the work of two separate apps I have been using on my iPhone for different functions (not anymore).  The app comes with 20 preloaded forms most common to a normal persons existence, such as a credit card form, drivers license, alarm code, etc.  You can also customize any form with a variety of visually interesting icons as well as create any custom form you may need.  Tap Form has the ability to transfer files both from the iPhone or iPod Touch to the Mac or PC through a file transfer program (FTP).  I tested this out and it worked beautifully transferring pictures from my MacBook Pro to my iPhone without a glitch.  Additionally, Tap Forms has 11 different fields to further organize ones crazy life.  One of my favorite features of this app is the security code and security lockout feature. I hammered this app opening and closing it while receiving phone calls and I never experienced a crash or any anomalies.  This app sells for $5.99 in the iTunes store and it receives a rank of 4 stars out of 40 reviews.   CM
